How It Works
As with all of our spa treatments, the power of herbs and steam combine to make our herbal foot soaks the ultimate healing experience. We'll begin with selecting the appropriate blend of herbs and essentials to add to the pail of boiling water. Steeping the feet for 30 minutes will allow you to relax in order to allow the circulation to flow evenly. The heat and steam increase your overall body temperature, which can relieve muscle and mental tension, alleviate stress and increase white blood cell activity, and aid the detoxification process. All of this boosts your immune system, which prevents sickness and increases your overall health and well-being.
