You do not need louder goals. You need deeper alignment.
Herbal Ally: Red Raspberry Leaf

Reconnection
Tea practice 3–4 times weekly.
Womb Practice: Mirror Womb Activation
Stand before a mirror. Place hands on womb.
Speak: “I lead from here.”
Repeat until your body believes you.
Meditation / Breathwork: Somatic Reclamation Breath
Inhale through nose.
Exhale with sound (open mouth).
Allow hips to gently sway for 5–7 minutes.

Ritual: Womb-Led Vision Setting
Instead of a vision board, write a “Womb Vision Statement.”
Example: “I build slowly. I build intentionally. I build in alignment.”
