Remembering the Sacred Connection Between the Earth + Our Wombs
Hello love,
If no one’s reminded you today — you are sacred. And so is the space within you.
As women, we carry something so powerful, so ancient, so divine within us: our womb space. Even if you don’t have a physical womb anymore, the energetic imprint is still there — wise, alive, and deeply connected to something much bigger.
One of the most powerful truths I’ve come to know — both through personal experience and through ancient wisdom like that found in Womb Awakening — is this:
The Earth and our wombs are mirrors.

Yes, sis. They are both portals of creation. They both move in cycles. They both know how to birth, nourish, rest, and renew. And they both hold memory — generations of it.
The Womb as Earth, the Earth as Womb
In Womb Awakening, the authors speak to the womb not just as a physical organ, but as a spiritual gateway. A place where life is not only created, but also felt, processed, and stored. They call the womb a living temple — a space of consciousness, intuition, and deep feminine knowing.
And when we look to the Earth, we see the same. She births oceans, forests, mountains, and medicines. She bleeds lava and sheds leaves. She holds the roots, just as we hold the roots of our lineage in our bodies.
When we begin to truly honor our wombs, we naturally start to live more in tune with nature — and vice versa. The more time you spend with your hands in the soil, the more your body remembers its rhythm. The more you listen to your womb, the more you hear the Earth whispering back.
So How Do We Reconnect?
This doesn’t have to be complicated, sis. It’s not about being perfect, it’s about being present. Here are a few ways to come back into alignment with your womb and the Earth:
🔸 Touch the Earth – Walk barefoot. Lay in the grass. Let your womb rest on the belly of the Earth and breathe.
🔸 Womb Breathing – Inhale into your womb space, exhale any tension. Imagine breathing with the trees.
🔸 Cycle Tracking – Whether you bleed or not, notice your emotional and energetic flow. The moon is your guide.
🔸 Herbal Connection – Work with Earth’s medicine. Steam, sip tea, soak in a bath. Choose herbs that support your womb and spirit (like red raspberry leaf, rose, or mugwort).
🔸 Offer Gratitude – Thank your womb. Thank the Earth. Speak to them like they are wise grandmothers — because they are.
A Gentle Reminder
You don’t have to know everything. You don’t have to be fully healed. You don’t have to live in the forest or grow all your own food to be connected. All you have to do is remember — and return.
You are the Earth. You are the womb. And this is your time to reawaken the sacred within.
With so much love,
