Order Processing Times
As a reminder, items marked "ONLINE ONLY" usually ship within 3 - 5 business days during non-peak season and 5-12 business days during peak season (the week of Black Friday through the end of December). These items are processed individually and make take longer to complete. If you order any one item that states “5 - 7 business days”, your entire order will ship within 5 - 7 non-peak business days because we do our best to ship all of items at one time. Although this is our normal practice, there are times when some items within the order may ship at different times. Tracking your order status will allow you to see the estimated delivery time of each item.
We will also provide you with tracking number(s) once your order is ready for shipping. There is a possibility that items within your order may ship separately. In that case, we will send you multiple emails providing the different tracking numbers. You will be able to use the tracking number(s) provided to track your items through the specified courier.
Shipping costs depend on the size of the order, shipping method, location, and dimensions of the package. Shipping costs can be estimated in the shopping cart.
*Shipping is limited to one day a week due to COVID-19. All orders will be shipped on Monday for the week prior.*
Missing or Non-Arrival of Items
Depending on the circumstance, an investigation will be opened with the carrier. Once HJWB receives the results of the investigation, we will know how to proceed.
If a shipment comes back and has been refused for any reason (including incorrect information such as an address), we will contact you immediately via email. We will keep the shipment for 10 business days from our point of contact, then it will be disposed of if no return contact has been made. A refusal fee of $15 will be charged. No credits will be given for refused shipments.
HJWB does not offer refunds unless your product is damaged upon receipt. We do not offer refunds if you purchase the wrong herbs or change your mind. Because every customer is different and may have a different result to each product, we do not grant refunds if you do not receive your desired result. There are absolutely zero refunds for online courses. If you receive a damaged product and would like a refund, please email pictures to email@example.com.
